Installing a sensor is, in general, fairly easy. However certain situations hinder installation and/or self-learning, or inexplicably cause an error. Manuals often offer a solution, and the technical support is only a phone call away, but for the extra support Optex introduces the ‘Optex first aid kit’.
This ‘kit’ contains short movies, based on situations that frequently occur in the field. In just a couple of minutes, each movie attends a specific issue/problem. Visualizing different circumstances will enable the viewer to translate the problem on screen to their own specific situation, and to find a good way to resolve the issue.
The first aid kit is developed as an additional support tool, and will not replace any other support service Optex offers.
