The OA-Axis series is officially introduced January 2009 after large field tests performed at the end of 2008. Since the introduction many companies changed to the OA-Axis series as their main automatic door activation and safety sensor. Most of those companies have decided to stop the installation of safety beams and therefore reduced the installation time and saved product costs.
Due to the success of the OA-Axis series the Optex Horizon will be discontinued at the beginning of 2010. If you did not test the OA-Axis series please contact us for a sample.
