To enter the prize draw, you must complete the survey and provide your contact details at the end on the last page. Please read these terms and conditions carefully and note that by participating, you agree to be bound by them.

Website Survey Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

1. The prize draw is open to anyone who completes our website survey and enters their contact details.
2. Only one entry per person is allowed, and multiple entries will be disqualified.
3. The winner of the prize draw will receive a digital £50 Amazon voucher via e-mail.
4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.
5. The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received, and their contact details will be used to notify them of their prize.

7. The prize draw is not open to OPTEX employees or their immediate family members.
