Olarm MAX – Prize Draw for British Touring Car Championship Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Offer is only open to security installation companies based in the United Kingdom.
• Delivery of products must be within the United Kingdom.
• The offer is only open to security professionals that are suitably qualified to install security products in commercial and residential premises.
• OPTEX reserves the right to verify eligibility and to refuse entry where criteria are not met.

Participation

• In order to participate a qualifying company is required to make a purchase of an Olarm MAX during the promotion period.
• Each purchase must be registered via the official competition landing page using the product serial number.
• Each valid product registration constitutes one (1) entry into the prize draw, unless otherwise stated.
• Participants with purchases made during The Security Event (between the dates of 28/04/2026 and 30/04/2026) will receive 5 entries per unit purchased.
• There is no limit to the number of entries per qualifying company, provided all entries meet these terms.

Duration

• This offer is open from 28/04/2026 – 30/06/2026 (inclusive).
• Only participants purchasing an Olarm MAX and registering it during these dates will be entered into the draw. Registrations received after midnight on 30/06/3026 will not be valid.
• Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

Prize

• A total of eight (8) tickets to the British Touring Car Championship are available to be won.
• Four (4) winners will be drawn at random, each winning 2 tickets each.
• Tickets are valid for a specific event date and location. The prize includes event tickets only. Travel, accommodation, food, and any other expenses are not included.
• The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.

Winner selection and notification

• Winners will be selected at random on Wednesday 1st of July 2026.
• Winners will be notified by email or telephone using the contact details provided at entry.
• If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, OPTEX reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
• The prize will be sent to the winner by post within 7 days of being notified of their win.
• OPTEX’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Conditions of entry

• Participants must not return their purchased products before the prize draw or the event date. Any returned product will invalidate their entry and a restocking fee of 50% may apply.
• Entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these terms will be disqualified.

Publicity

• By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to allow OPTEX Europe Limited to use their name, logo and photograph for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.
• Data Protection
• Any personal data provided will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and OPTEX’s Privacy Policy.
• Data will be used for the administration of this promotion and related communications.

Liability

• Insofar as permitted by law, OPTEX Europe Limited is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage to participants or their property related to the participation in this offer. Participants agree to release and hold harmless OPTEX Europe Limited and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss or damage from participation in the offer or acceptance, use or misuse of the product.
• OPTEX Europe Limited is not liable in the event that the British Touring Car Championship is cancelled or postponed.

Governing Law

• The offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.

Modification

• OPTEX Europe Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer without notice. OPTEX Europe Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
• OPTEX Europe Limited reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• The Promoter of this prize draw is Optex (Europe) Limited.
