How to report a vulnerability
Please share any relevant vulnerability information by emailing us at cyber@optex-europe.com.

What happens next?

• Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your report within 5 business days.
• Review and action: Once the vulnerability is reviewed, and if it is confirmed to relate to cyber-attacks on our products or services, we will take the necessary measures to address it.
• Resolution timeline: We aim to resolve any confirmed software issues within 3 months.

Progress updates
We will provide regular updates on the progress of resolving the reported vulnerability, ensuring you are informed at least once a month until the issue is resolved.

We guarantee the confidentiality of all information you provide. The data shared will be used exclusively for communication with you and for resolving the reported vulnerability.
