Yes. Signal data can be exported from Command Centre in CSV format. You can select the required date or time period before downloading the data.
Yes. Event logs combine signals from the Olarm device with events recorded by the connected alarm system. Logs can be downloaded in CSV format for analysis, auditing and record keeping.
Yes. The Settings Migration feature transfers key configuration from an existing communicator to a replacement device, reducing setup time during upgrades or replacements.
Yes. Command Centre provides remote firmware update functionality for supported Olarm devices, helping partners keep installed devices up to date without visiting site.
Open the device and edit the Account section. You can enter a main account code and separate codes for individual partitions where required.
Yes. Command Centre lets you lock APP access for a device. Users will no longer be able to view or control the device, while alarm signals continue to transmit to the monitoring platform.
Open the device in Command Centre and select the Users tab. From there, add users by email or phone number, or remove existing users.
Devices are claimed through Command Centre and linked to your partner account. Devices can remain in an uninstalled state, allowing you to prepare and configure them before deployment.
Your company must register as an official Olarm Partner. Access and permissions depend on the services your company provides and its assigned partner roles.
Command Centre is designed for Armed Response Companies, installers, Monitoring Partners or ARCs, and Billing Partners. Available features depend on your assigned partner role.
The Olarm Command Centre is a secure, cloud-based platform for managing, configuring and monitoring Olarm communicators across customers and sites.
Open the device menu, select the option to add a device, then scan the QR code on the Olarm communicator. You can also enter the device serial number and verification code manually before naming the device.
Yes, with supported Olarm hardware. The app supports integration with compatible third-party RTSP cameras, allowing users to view camera feeds from within the Olarm APP.
Yes. Primary and Secondary Users are able to enable biometric authentication through the app permissions settings. A secure account password is still required for situations where biometric login is unavailable.
Yes. Arming Reminders send a notification when the alarm has not been armed by a chosen time, helping users check their security system before leaving or at the end of the day.
Check notification permissions in both the Olarm APP and your phone settings. Battery optimisation, Silent Mode, Do Not Disturb settings and manufacturer-specific background restrictions also affect notifications.
Yes. The Olarm APP sends push notifications for alarm activity and supported zone events. Zone Alerts let the Primary User choose which individual zones generate notifications.
Yes. Primary and Secondary Users are able to temporarily bypass supported zones through the Olarm APP. Zone bypass functionality also depends on the programming and capabilities of the connected alarm panel.
Yes. The Olarm APP provides remote control of compatible alarm systems, including arming, disarming and viewing the current status of areas or partitions. If arming or disarming does not work, the alarm panel configuration or area status should be checked.
