Terms and Conditions for Olarm MAX Trade in

Promotional Offer Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

• Delivery and installation of products must be within the United Kingdom.
• This offer is only open to Security Installation companies based in the United Kingdom and/or security professions that are suitably qualified to install security products in commercial and residential premises, with a security alarm system project in place or customer that requires an upgrade to a new communicator, this is defined as a ‘qualifying company’.

Participation

• In order to participate in this offer a qualifying company is required to fill in a form on the OPTEX website linked here, to request promotional Olarm MAX communicators
• The qualifying company must either complete training with the OPTEX UK sales team or complete online training which the OPTEX UK sales team will provide a link to.
• Subject to meeting the eligibility criteria the UK sales team will provide link to the online training and/or in person training of the Olarm MAX
• Once completed, the participant must send evidence of the completed training in either a screenshot of the confirmation or forward the email from the Olarm Academy after the training is completed.
• Following receipt of satisfactory evidence of training, the Olarm MAX units to be sent to the participant to upgrade the old communicator.
• Participants will only qualify for two communicators per order, per qualifying company
• Further promotional stock to replace other old communicators can be ordered after the initial two Olarm MAX units are signed up and working subject to application
• If Olarm MAX units are not installed after ten working days, they will be charged at the rate of £140 per unit plus VAT.
• The monitoring charges will remain the same with your monitoring company and self-monitored sites will have the first three months of the Olarm subscription free of charge, then standard charges will apply.
• Supply of the promotional Olarm MAX units is subject to OPTEX standard terms and conditions details of which are available at https://www.optex-europe.com/terms-conditions
• Payment terms are on the basis of OPTEX standard payment terms as per standard terms and conditions
• Participation of the offer is entirely of the discretion of OPTEX

Duration

• This offer is open from 24/03/2025 – 01/08/2025
• The Olarm MAX must be installed within ten working days from dispatch of the order otherwise the participant will be responsible for the payment of the unit
• Only enquiries issued during these dates will be considered.
• The upgrade is only available during this time.
• This offer is subject to availability, whilst promotional stocks last.

Publicity

• By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to allow Optex Europe Limited to use their name, logo and photograph for promotional and advertising purposes without compensation.

Liability

• Optex Europe Limited is not responsible for loss or damage to participants or their property related to the participation in this offer. Participants agree to release and hold harmless Optex Europe Limited and their affiliates from any liability, injury, loss or damage from participation in the offer or acceptance, use or misuse of the product.

Governing Law

The offer and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Modification

• Optex Europe Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate this offer without notice. Optex Europe Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice.
• Optex Europe Limited reserves the right to reject any application that does not meet the eligibility criteria.
