The 12-Channel Bridge model, the CKB-312, enables up to 12 ONVIF compliant cameras and alarm devices to be managed through a single device. Customers using cameras with video content analysis (VCA) may use remaining channels not used by detectors to send ONVIF video message events to the verification bridge. This enables maximum utilisation of the OPTEX Bridge available channels and smart video camera analytics capabilities.
First, check that the camera is ONVIF compatible and connected to the same network as the Bridge with access to the internet. To check ONVIF specification, click this link and search for your camera model - Conformant Products - ONVIF
In the device we add ONVIF user. The ONVIF user needs to have at least operator privileges. Private users may experience difficulties when mounting the camera. In most cases, ONVIF is not enabled by default, this must be enabled in the camera settings.
