The BAU 2011 exhibition, which was held last January in Munich Germany, was a large success both for the organization as for Optex.
2011 was a record year for the exhibition with in total 235.000 visitors, this is an increase of 10% on previous years. Positive was also the increase of international visitors to 24%. These visitors represented 150 different countries; the majority from European countries, but also a significant amount of visitors from Japan, India, the USA, South Africa and the Middle East.
Optex exhibited this year in Hall B3. We were very pleased to welcome many of our customers and potentials on our booth. Many of them had found their way to our location and of course it is always nice to have the opportunity to talk to everyone, this time it was very special because we could also present our newest products.
