OPTEX, the leading sensor manufacturer, has been shortlisted for the Fire & Security Matters Awards in the Security Manufacturer of the Year category. This category is designed to recognise a manufacturer of security systems that has gone above and beyond in its commitment to innovation and/or its systems meet the highest standards.
The winners of the FSM Awards will be revealed at a gala evening ceremony at the Coventry Building Society Arena on 12 June 2024, which will be hosted by comedian Jason Manford.
OPTEX, the leading security sensor manufacturer, celebrates its 45th anniversary this year. It was founded in 1979 in Japan by electronics engineer Toru Kobayashi and three colleagues, with a clear vision to build a sensing technology business with precision and intelligence at its heart.
