Over a short period of time the OAM-Dual series have become increasingly popular, and now Optex is releasing another version: the OAM-Dual TT. This latest sensor joins the already existing OAM-Dual T, TV and TF. The entire OAM-Dual series meets the strict European standard EN 16005, which came into force as of April 10th 2013. In addition both the TV and TF versions as well as the newcomer OAM-Dual TT comply with supplementary legislation for the use of sensors in escape routes.
To sum it up: OAM-Dual T complies with all demands for monitoring the safety area, the other models comply with both monitoring the safety area as well as the activation area. The TF uses a Frequency loop, the TV a Voltage loop and the TT uses double monitoring.
